- Shipping Methods
We use reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ship our products. The choice of carrier may depend on factors such as the shipping destination, package weight, and package dimensions. All shipments are sent with tracking information, which will be provided to you via email once your order has been shipped.
- Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the package. Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process, and you will have the opportunity to review and approve the shipping fees before finalizing your order.
- Processing Time
We aim to process and ship orders within 2-4 business days after manufacturing which takes an average of 50 days after receiving payment. However, as our custom aluminum forged wheels are made to order, processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the design and current order volume. We will notify you of any delays and provide an estimated shipping date.
- Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination and the carrier used. Generally, domestic shipments within Canada take 2-7 business days, while international shipments can take anywhere from 7-21 business days. Please note that these delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as shipping times can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, carrier delays, or natural disasters.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments, you are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country's customs authorities. These fees are not included in the shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine any additional costs before placing an order.
- Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. In the event of a lost package, we will initiate a claim with the carrier and keep you informed throughout the process. Depending on the outcome of the claim, we will either replace the lost items or issue a refund.
- Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during the checkout process is accurate and complete. AlloyAesthetics is not responsible for any delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
